Delivery timelines are calculated in real-time based on material availability and delivery location. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on product weight, carton size, quantity, and destination. All delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are subject to change based on actual conditions.
Our return and exchange policy includes:
Exchanges: Permitted, but the cost of loading at the delivery site and returning the product to CKART's warehouse is borne by the customer.
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days upon approval, credited back to the original payment method.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us immediately for return and replacement arrangements.
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, unless already processed and shipped.
