We partner with reliable courier services and specialized heavy-freight logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed, verified, and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order placement.

Minimum Delivery Timeline: Standard express shipments to major metro areas and central pincodes take a minimum of 3 working days from the dispatch date.

Maximum Delivery Timeline: Heavy freight orders or shipments to non-metro / remote tier-2 & tier-3 locations across India take a maximum of 7 to 10 working days from dispatch date.

3. Shipping Charges & Pricing in INR

4. Shipment Tracking

5. Heavy & Bulk Material Site Delivery

For heavy building materials (such as tiles, bricks, or bulk paint drums), deliveries are made ground-level at the customer site provided road access is available for heavy transport vehicles. Customers are requested to ensure site access and necessary unloading assistance if required.
